Hello,

I'm a very stupid brand new buyer user.
Some weeks ago I did my first order and I was very happy with the result. I'm still happy with my first order.
But for some reason I seem to have subsribed to the creator to pay them for 3 months. I don't even know what I receive for that subscription.

The executor of my order argues that Fiverr needs to manage the refund of that subscription and they offer me a refund of my actual order.

I removed my payment info for now.
Can someone help me understand what happened? Can I get a refund of that subscription? It is an extremely bitter experience.

contact Fiverr support to request a refund for the subscription and clarify the situation. Fiverr support team will assist with you with managing and solving the issue
