If you violate Fiverr's terms of service and your initial account is banned, is it possible to open a new account on Fiverr?

I have noticed that a user, has created a second account with a very similar name to their previously banned account after their initial account was suspended.

This action seems to contradict Fiverr's policy regarding the creation of new accounts following a ban.

As a member of the Fiverr community, I am concerned about the integrity and safety of the marketplace. I believe it is crucial to uphold the rules and regulations set forth by Fiverr to maintain a fair and trustworthy environment for all users.

Have you ever read the Fiverr's TOS? Start reading it so that you can learn more about it.
