A Customer is asking for my email

I've had 3 similar "customers" asking me for my email so they can work with me, they say the platform asks for my email and they send a screenshot of fiver.

I'm wondering if this is a scam or if it's part of Fivers "Safe seller" process, and if so, where can I  find more information, I won't be giving the client my email.

Yes, 100% scam it is. 

Please avoid these type of messages/buyers and report them so that Fiverr can take an action against those accounts. Also, never ever share your personal details on Fiverr as Fiverr would never ask for it.
