My account got flagged

Question

I received an email saying that I am no longer participating in the level system. My account says am flagged, support says I am linked to a disabled account. But I don’t understand that because I used my Id to verify my account, the only thing I think of is me using an old computer to work on Fiverr until I could afford to buy mine. I really need my account up back and running, this is so sad
