Success score, how to raise it?

I'm Joe and I work as a freelance illustrator, I've been Top Rated for several time years ago,  then I paused my gigs for a couple years and now I'm back here to expand my network and customer base. 

After updating and posting my gigs I got an order that went perfectly, but unfortunately the buyer didn't leave the review, even if I gently asked for it. 

The level system have been strongly updated since my last time here, so what's about this success score thing? I guess that I'm gonna need at least one new feedback to advance to the next level?
