suspenison of temporary restricted account and have access to verify id again

i made a mistake while trying to provide my ID document for verification and log a complaint since yesterday asking for temporary ban suspension and enabling me to verify my ID again and an email was sent to me through fiverr support system saying that they will get back to me in 12 hours. It's been more than 24 hours, and still nothing from fiverr. Please kindly bear with me and adhere to my plea by lifting the temporary disability and allow me to verify my ID again
i have been crying for help for days now. Please help my plea, as that's my only source of income
