Why does it take so long for revenue to clear?

I have been a member of Fiverr for 6 weeks and my sales are great. However, I am disappointed that it is taking in excess of 20 days to clear my funds?? Is this normal. I checked my Gigs today and I am still waiting on GIGS completed July 28th to clear… Am I doing something wrong ?

Normally, after you clicked deliver it will take 3 days to complete, unless the buyer clicks on Complete Order sooner than that. Then, it will take 14-15 days for the money to clear.



This is done to make sure that the order could still be cancelled, which also has a maximum of 10 days to 2 weeks.



You can check how your money’s doing under the “Revenue” page. Click on “Clearing” and you will see each order, with a bar. Once the bar is full, your money will be cleared.



If it takes much longer than that, contact Customer Support and ask them what’s going on. Make sure to ask for an explanation.

Thanks Laughingcrow. I have sent a question to CS and waiting on a response. I can see gigs clearing from 10 days ago but the gigs that have been delivered 5 weeks ago to happy customers are still waiting to be cleared…
