How can a get an update on an order dispute?

I disputed an order for that has not been fulfilled. I requested the seller to get a reservation for a popular cafe. After a couple of days,download lagu they market it delivered despite not being able to get a reservation. I then sent a request to cancel and this has been the fourth time that they have declined it. I’ve already filed an order dispute and I have yet to get an update; and it’s been 2 days. I’ve already emailed them to get an update and still no reply. gudang lagu

You can try quoting the Fiverr Terms of Service at them:
