Active status problem

Hello,

I am facing a weird problem. As a new seller I try to be active on fiverr as much as i can. So that whenever buyers use the "online now" filter my gigs are shown to them. The problem I am facing is when buyers are using the "online now" filter my gigs are not being shown to them. Even though I’m active, nevertheless my gigs are not being shown. I used incognito mode and saw the same problem. I also checked my gigs status through “Contact us> selling on fiverr> gigs> gig status”. It said my gigs are active and appear in search results. Yes my gigs are being shown in the last page of search results but they are not being shown on the "online now" filter. And for this problem my gigs are now on the last page. I am hardly getting any impression for this problem. This problem is happening to all of my gigs.

I contacted fiverr support yesterday. And they said my gigs are live. And I wasn't facing the problem this morning. But I am facing the problem again. What Should I do?

I was active all the time on fiverr but my gigs were not being shown in online filter search result. So I reported fiverr customer care this problem as bug. First time they didn't give me clear solution. Then I contacted fiverr customer care again and they give me the solution to this problem.

And their solution works. When I googled this problem, I saw lot of people facing the same problem. That's why I am sharing the official solution to this problem.
