How long does it take for Customer Support to respond on average?



Hello! I had filed a request for the Fiverr Customer Support Team to reactivate my account, but it has been a few days and they have not responded yet. I've seen some Fiverr users say that they get a response in 4 or 5 hours at most, and the Fiverr Customer Support Team itself said that it will give me a response in at most 12 hours. So I wanted to ask, how long does it usually take for the Fiverr Customer Support Team to respond to your queries? And I was wondering, is there a particular reason for this delay, or is Fiverr Customer Support Team simply receiving more tickets than usual? Thank you for your help.
