A client has been reselling my artworks without commercial use and without my consent. What can I do?

This client has been reselling my artwork to other people for a while now. It is stated in my gig page that all artworks are for personal use and, if shared, should be credited. This person has not only been reselling them, but also claiming these drawings as theirs in social media. I want to report this but I don't know how. Can anyone help?
