Fiverr blocking me from receiving my money




I have been trying to withdraw funds from my Fiverr account. I changed my regular paypal to a paypal business account and this is when it all started. The problem is I have contacted customer support for 4 days and they keep asking me to answer a security question. I'm sure the one I said is correct, but they kept telling me it's wrong. I keep getting contacted by different reps and they keep asking the SAME thing. So i put in the only names it could be and still wrong. So I asked if there's another way they could verify me and I was told to keep trying different names until I get the right one. This is insane! Why can't I just do something else to verify my account? If I forgot, what happens?
