Fiverr withdrawal is disabled

Hi Fiverr Community,
Hope you all are well. I am facing problem with my withdrawal. Recently I changed my Payoneer account and got notification I can make transaction after 24hrs. But after few hours my account got locked for ID verification. After successfully ID verification now my withdrawal option is disabled and been asked to contact support.

I have contacted support team but got only automated reply with instructions like "make sure you are in selling mode etc". I am still waiting for an actual representative to contact with me from last several hours. I would appreciate if someone from Fiverr staff on this forum can look into this matter and help me resolving this issue.
