Attempts limit reached

Question

So, every time I try to add a payment method the error message appears "attempt limit reached". Even after waiting for more than 24 hours the error message is still persistent. Even i contacted fiverr support but they are claiming its "solved". But actually it is not solved. The same error message appears if I try to change my phone number as well. I cleared all my cache, cookies and even tried different browsers still the problem remains. What should I do?
