My account is temporarily disabled

Question

I registered on Fiverr yesterday and today I tried to verify my identity. However, it failed, and it shows that my account is temporarily disabled. Then, I sent a support ticket to Fiverr, asking them to send the verification link again or process my verification manually. But they replied saying:

"After careful review, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide another attempt at the verification process. Please be advised that the decision is final."

I don't understand what's wrong. Why didn't they verify my personal information? I can provide all the related documents such as my school and college certificates, and my government ID card."

Do I need to make a new account now?

First, you should read our Terms of Service, in order to avoid any violations such as having multiple accounts. After failing the verification process 3 times, the account gets restricted and there's nothing to be done about it. Good luck with your future endeavours 🍀
