Fiverr Account Disabled!

My mom gave me permission to use a fiverr account and allowed me to use her card for 2 fiverr orders which was for thumbnail and video editing by 2 separate people and I had accidently used a business card by a mistake, my mom called me and said she was cancelling the orders and I managed to cancel the video editing order! However it was too late to cancel the thumbnail editing as he had already completed the order, I'm wishing to use the right card this time for the order that was cancelled after it was complete because I had made a mistake, I tried talking to fiverr support but they aren't saying anything and I really need these services to make money from youtube and get paid so I really need help!!

It seems that you issued a chargeback for 2 orders regarding thumbnails. Not sure how you accidentally made a mistake twice (10 days gap between two orders).

I don't think that the support will answer since your story is very thin, no hard feelings.

Son speaking here, I see what you mean by "same mistake twice" basically I was never told that I was using the business card and used it 2 times. After that my mom noticed and had to cancel both orders that day. So there now you are sure how I made the same mistake between two orders!

Just deleted it myself but I really hope I can get my fiverr account back since I use fiverr for my youtube business in making money.
