How to complete Full-stack web development order?

I am a full-stack web developer on Fiverr. If a client ordered to develop a website, how can I hand over it? Using a zip file. And the project need some env like MongoDB URI. How the client know to use it? Should I have to tell him how to deploy it and where to deploy?
