The clients are requesting contact via Telegram

The majority of clients do not want to work via Fiverr. They always propose via Telegram. In this case, what can we do as a new seller?

Hi @badr_choukri, sorry to read this eas the case. We expect all our users to get familiar with Forum Rules and Terms of Service right away, since any violation can lead to having their account blocked both on the platform and on the forum.

Providing private info and having any communication outside Fiverr is not allowed, so please report this user to our Customer Support team so that they could take over and block them from the platform. Thanks and good luck 🍀

Politely inform the client that Fiverr's Terms of Service prohibit communication and transactions outside of the platform. Explain that all communication and transactions should take place within Fiverr's messaging system to ensure security and protection for both the buyer and seller. Thanks & good luck

Sorry @fallindrews, but read through the OP's question and @ana_tomy's response again. If you want to do business on Fiverr's platform, it is NOT OKAY to move communications elsewhere. All communication has to stay on Fiverr, or you risk losing your Fiverr account and being banned permanently from the platform.
