Success score update

Hello. I have a question and need help if some body got answer for this.

I was a level 2 seller on Fiverr before the new update, but now I have been demoted to level 0. I have completed over 120 orders with no cancellations and received a 5-star rating for around 110 of them. However, my success score level is now at 4, and the issue for that is a negative communication impact and a strong negative impact on client satisfaction. I am confused as to how I received a negative impact when most of my customers gave me a 5-star rating and positive feedback. Additionally, my response rate was 100% even after the update, but now it shows 0%. I don't know the reason for this.
