I have been working with a client since last February 2, 2024. He told me to work for 6 months. I requested for order with 6 months subscription custom offer. He agreed and accep it. Already completed 3 months of work. I delivered the 3rd order today. Now he want to not continue. Now, I want to know whether I can cancel this 6 months subscription? Because he doesn't want to work with me anymore. And if I cancel the subscription, won't there be any problem with my profile?

  • Buyers can cancel upcoming subscription orders; however, if an order has already started then regular cancelation terms apply.
  • Sellers can cancel a subscription order and it won’t affect sellers' metrics. Sellers will be able to cancel future orders up to 10 days before the next order is meant to start.

May 2 was the start date for new orders. I didn't know how to cancel, so I didn't cancel before 10 days. Now how can I or Buyers cancel the order of May 2 next order? How to process it?.
