IT'S IMPOSSIBLE - SUCCESS SCORE

Success score is impossible to achieve. I currently have 19 orders and my success score still hasn't updated after 25 days! It's only text "-" (image below)
 




I wrote to fiverr support but they told me to provide the best service and do my job. Unfortunately this doesn't help at all. I only need a success score to reach level one.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can update my success score? And how is it possible that after 19 orders it has not been updated!?!? (attachment)
