as you can see in the attached photo, I have a problem sending the confirmation code to my phone number to confirm the withdrawal method, can anyone help me?

the phone number I entered belonged to another account of mine but I deleted it, could this have influenced the problem?

Hi @christian_bruno, sadly having more than one account is a violation of our Terms of Service, even a deleted one. The account you're using now will most probably get restricted because of this, especially since the system detected the same phone number.
