Cannot withdraw funds, account locked and no help from customer service

Last week I received the email giving the opportunity to withdraw funds following my account being locked due to a mistake. I was never able to withdraw anything and though I submitted a ticket and followed up on it 4 times I was ignored. My account is now locked for good. This seems to be a common problem and this is a last attempt at finding someone willing to help. If there's a moderator out there with a heart I would appreciate some assistance.
