Hello everyone,
I recently placed an order on Fiverr to develop a plugin to connect the Dolibarr CRM with Wordpress. I've been working with a developer who agreed to the terms of the project and began work. However, after more than 20 days since the start of the order, the developer has not even completed 1% of the planned project.
Despite my numerous attempts to get progress updates, the developer keeps postponing the work, saying it will be done "tomorrow". With only 5 days left before the deadline, I'm concerned about the lack of concrete progress and doubt the project will be completed on time, if ever.
I'd like to know if it's possible to cancel this order and recover the funds I've invested, given the lack of progress and the time remaining before the deadline. I'm open to any suggestions or advice on how to resolve this situation.
