My Level is Low Performance

I was new seller when I was not completed any order. After Completing 3 orders with one 4 stars and 2 orders with 5 stars, my Success Score did not change. Then it was zero and now it is also zero. My account moves from new seller level to Low Performance and my gigs are not showing in the search results. Please help me. Is there any solution?

I'm not sure but maybe it could happen for private negative feedback from buyer.

Sir the problem is my success score is not getting update from the start. It remains at zero from the beginning.
