how can I recover my success score?

Hey,

I recently got a huge downgrade on my success score. in terms of my knowledge, It mainly happened for too many order cancelations and 2-3 bad reviews as well. Last month I got a huge amount of orders and there were some uncooperative buyers, they just ruined everything. now my success score is 5, previously it was 9. so, i am now not getting any new responses, and orders are far beyond.. haha...

SO, what will be the best possible way to recover this and is it still Possible? For your info, I am in a risk of my level two badge due to less score. to maintain my current level, i must have 7.
