my gig denied while others providing same service

my youtube promotion through google ads gig denied and now my account is in under review stage

while other seller selling same service there gig is active

my gig was approved and received 4 orders through it but now its disapproved after 1.3k impression and & 4 orders don't know all this happening.

Fiverr must have sent you an email regarding it. Have they? 

If your gig is denied and others are selling the similar services like yours then it does not mean that they are safe too. Sooner or later their gig can be denied too if it's against the TOS/Community Standards etc. 

Contact Fiverr Support and discuss with them.
