Is their any changes in the time for the fiverr warning removal



I recently got a warning on my account. I have searched a lot, and I think Fiverr has increased the time of warning period to 90 days, which was originally 30 days.
I have a lot of questions  
1. What should I do now? Should I stop using Fiverr for 90 days, or what should I do because I don't want my account to be banned?

2. What effect will this have on my profile ranking?

3. I have read all the terms and conditions, and I want to have some tips on how to tackle this situation.

4. Will I be promoted after 90 days or whatever period is passed if I have all the requirements for the next level fulfilled?

Kindly Reply , It would be highly appreciated if someone expert in this matter also gave some suggestion or anybody from Fiverr team.
