error while uploading Id for verification

hello everyone, i am trying to verify my account with my ID but it can't done. while uploading my ID. showing msg we cant detect your id

I am uploading an id that is not the same as the user name does it create a problem?

To solve this error when you upload your ID. At first, you sign up Google Chrome browser same Email that you USE ON FIVERR. Thanks

use white or plain background while taking the photo.it worked for me that way
