Mandatory metadata is missing, except I have everything checked and accounted for

Despite having all the checks on my gig data, the title up, the tags, and even the category, It still shows me the Mandatory metadata is missing error... Why?

It can also be 1. 

Incognito mode won't do anything, since it won't deal with the fundamental issue: choosing more than 2 items will cause the response validating check to fail.
