Challenges with Gig Ranking and Strategies for Improvement

My gig title is "I will create short video e-commerce ads for dropshipping". Initially, my gig used to appear on the 1st page for the keyword "Facebook video ads", typically in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th row. However, for the past few months, I haven't received organic orders; only orders from Promoted gigs are coming through. Can someone help me understand what factors affect ranking and what changes I should make? Currently, only Promoted gigs and repeat buyers are placing orders.
