Unable to create new gig for my new fiverr account

Hi. 
I'm new to fiverr. I tried to become seller, but when I click to "create gig" button, it doesn't redirect to the new gig page, but shows error. can anybody help me to sort out the issue... (ss is attached)

Your profile account is not approved, so you can't create a gig.
