Fiverr new level system and Success Score

My gig success score is 4, and it's showing me 'order cancellation' as a strong negative impact and 'conflict-free order' as a strong positive impact. It's been almost three months since the order was canceled, and I have completed many 5-star rated orders since then. However, my success score remains at 4. How can I increase my success score, and how long will the negative impact of the canceled order affect my gig? Are there any solutions?
