buyer commitment issue

Recently I got an order form this gig: https://www.fiverr.com/s/x8obxX

The buyer told me you do this extra work and I will tip you, But he didn't keep his word, he also didn't complet the order. Order was autometicly ‍ complete. 

now what can I do?  communication with fiverr support or Nothing can be done.

Nothing can be done.

Buyers don't have to complete orders by themselves, they can leave them to be completed automatically.

And nobody can force them to tip you, even if they promised to do it.

Hi @ummay_toma, sorry to read about this unfortunate situation. Never do any work for free, I recommend creating a custom offer in the future when something like this happens. Even if a buyer needs something extra, it should be included in the order. So once they explain what they actually need, suggest creating a custom offer for them, designed for their specific needs.
