Hi,

I am a level two seller at Fiverr. Well used to be a level two seller. Thanks to Fiverr's new metric system. 

Fiverr marked my success score as 4 and as a result, my profile went to low performance which led me to no new buyers. I wanna know how to get out of this situation. You are not gonna get new orders now and if you do not get new orders, how is your success score going to improve?

 

Is this an end for the sellers who fail to pass that metric?

It doesn't have to be. If you have some regular buyers, it would help if you impress them. With regular buyers leaving positive feedback over time, you can certainly get back up again. But if you don't have any regular buyers, I imagine that would be very difficult in your situation.
