Hello guys!
I have a question please, my account has recently gotten a warning claiming that I was falsely trying to increase my ratings or level. I have never done such thing, I already got enough orders and reviews to be at the top page, why would I risk my account of it getting suspended. I have contacted CS and they just linked me their Community Standard page. Please if anyone has encountered the same issue then tell me how you sorted it out. Now im forced to stop my gig for 3 months until the warning is removed in case i get another one for no reason, which will lead to suspending my account that i've worked hard on for almost 4 years...

Unfortunately, there's not much we can do about your issue on the forum. Your best bet is reaching out to support again. It's my experience that regular sellers get an automated reply based on keywords in their message, and only get to speak with a human after they've bumped the ticket.
