Not able to publish even a single gig

Question

  1. I have created a new fiverr account and completed all verification processes. I have even made two gigs but when I click on publish gig, there is no change. Both my gigs are saved in drafts. What am I supposed to do to publish those. I've even raised a query on CS but no response. Please help me get started @ana_tomy
