Verification number

Question

Please what can I do Fiverr refuses to send me a code for verification when it was time for me to withdraw and I have sent series of messages to them without no responses for about 12 hours now. And also I have tried to change the number I use in other to put another one still no code was sent to me.

Please what can I do?
