Fiverr buyer team collaboration

Our team wants to buy freelance services on Fiverr for marketing related work. Fiverr Pro at first glance seems like a good fit for having team features, but it seems then we would limited to only Pro freelancers. We don't want to be locked into only certain freelancers. Is that true that on Pro, a buyer can't purchase non-Pro freelance work? So maybe we should sign up for a Fiverr personal account using a Google Groups email address that forwards to our entire marketing team? Any advice here?
