I got this email and I am wondering what I did wrong as I offer python programming and GUI services. What should i do?

Hey I didn't know providing academic services is a violation, and that order is still going on I haven't delivered anything, so can't I just cancel order ??will cancelling lift the temorary restrction ? What will happen now and what can I do, please guide me.

Hey I cancelled the order upon knowing this, so please let me know what should I do now ? Also will that help in uplifting the restriction because i didn;t know the policy and have now cancelled the order as well. Please tell me.

Unfortunately this decision is final. You can finish your ongoing orders. I see that the support gave you a generic answer, so I think that there is nothing you can do. Maybe you should add that you didn't know that academic services are not allowed, but I don't think it will help.

So that means my account will be permanently disabled ???

I even cancelled the order that I mistakely took, so will i not be getting a warning or less severe penalty ???
