How many orders need to be completed for the individual success score calculation of a gig?

There is NO official information on this. 

It would be better to focus on completing the qualification criterion for a Level 1 seller.

My success score was 3 two weeks ago. Later I've completed all my orders while satisfying all these criteria but still me success score is 3. Everything is just upto the mark but there is no change in success score.
