What you can do is READ, and apply what you read. There's plenty of advice available to help new Fiverr Sellers. That advice can indirectly help you earn by helping you improve your gig so that the Gig can make sales.

Its difficult to create new gigs these days because of the reviewing policies by fiverr

You can't make money from this forum, but try to create gigs on fiverr on the basis of your professional skills, try to treat your client with your unique services. Make sure that you've professional skills.
