I successfully completed an order on time. But it says, you earned $0. But why?

I have completed a $200 project on time. When I created this order, the buyer accepted it and accidentally created a second offer, which was subsequently canceled. However, there was still one active order, and I completed it successfully. Despite this, it shows that I earned $0. I opened a ticket but haven't received any response.

Have any of you faced this issue before? If so, were you able to resolve it and receive your payment?
