Hi, Hope everyone is doing well here.
I have created an account about three months ago. A buyer has reported and my account was disabled from fiverr. I have remaining funds that got cleared a week ago. I received an email and clicked on the link to withdraw my funds. I attached my brother's payoneer account and when I clicked on withdraw my withdrawl account was instantly disabled by fiverr. Now when I am scrolling to withdrawl option this is poping up "The withdrawal option was disabled. Please contact our customer support". When I am clicking on help and support option from footer this is what I am getting "attached screenshot" . There is no option of contacting customer support what should I do, how can I withdraw my remaining funds? Please help :( I have tried every option I knew :(
