Hello. One of the seller asked me to give him the YouTube manager access (we did not agree on this beforehand), and I am not sure is that safe for me/my account? What’s your experience with this?

Why don't you discuss with your seller and ask for the reason? If it's related to your task/order, then he/she might need it to work on it further. But it'd be a lot better if you discuss it with your seller.

Hey Hello. 

If you are doing SEO, you have to give him/her your channel manager access because he/she can analyze your channel well. But before giving your manager access, it would be better to discuss it with your seller.
