Can you delete files that have already been delivered to the client?

We delivered a file by accident. Is there a way we can delete the file send to the cleint?

 No. It would be great if the chat worked like whatsapp where you can simply delete a message, but... it doesn't 😞

Not enough context.

Is it the wrong file? Was it a file that wasn't suppose to be sent yet? Was it another client's file?

I don't know of one. You can press to re-deliver but it might keep the existing one too.

If you want the existing one deleted you could try creating a support ticket and asking CS if it can be done (if they can).

If it was just a mistake that you noticed within a file that was still meant for that buyer (or maybe you re-delivered the 2nd revision when you meant to deliver the 3rd revision) and not something more serious like delivering someone else's file to them then you could just quickly re-deliver with the right one (maybe messaging them first saying you'll do that).
