Suddenly buyers are leaving 4 stars on Value of Delivery review



Hi, I've been noticing that buyers who always leave fully satisfied reviews have started to leave 4 stars in Value of Delivery, and it's always Value of Delivery, yet other review points are good.

Is there any change in your UI or UX Design on the buyer's end or policy stuff that buyers don't seem to notice?

I am a UI/UX Designer myself and I am curious to know why it's always Value of Delivery with fewer review stars, and that is precisely 4 stars.
