Hey Team Fiverr,

First, loving Fiverr! Keep up the good work. It’s making me think of new ways to break tasks down in a modular and profitable way at $4 a piece - a process that is insanely valuable to me all by itself.

My suggestion is simply expressed in the title. As another Fiverr explained in similar fashion, I am exchanging a lot of data in the beginning here - my buyers have a lot of questions. I’m finding it difficult to serve them effectively because of the separation between order/delivery-based messages and your more standard email-like messages. I hope this makes sense…

I often have questions and additional communications for them, as I endeavor to do the best job possible and provide extra value. I realize it may be a learning curve on my part, in terms of creating better gigs and info that prevents the questions, limits the dialogue, but I suspect there’s only so much I can do there…

Thanks for reading!

I agree, at times it seems that messaging with a buyer is all over the place. I suggested a clipboard or flagging system as well that you could highlight as relevant info. Like login details, or items that you have to have to complete the order. Sometimes I have to comb through messages and order communications to find things I need.

I like the idea of being able to select some important message content and then attach that to an existing order, so that you don’t have to go look for it when you need it. Another way might be to have a time delay and a two tick boxes on the order for seller to agree or not agree the posted content constitutes what’s needed to complete the order. As it is at the moment, if the buyer simply posts FRAGGLEROCK in the order content, that’s enough to start the order. Which is silly.
