i cannot create new gig while i have only 5 gig please help

Whenever i press the "create a new gig" green button, it just refreshes the page and doesn't actually opens up the new gig section. just 10 mint ago i had deleted 2 gigs for create new one. please help

You can only create 4 gigs as a New Seller on Fiverr.

Once you reach Level 1, then you can create 10 gigs.

This is a new rule on Fiverr effective from the 14th of this month.
