Can I share google form to my buyer?

I wanted to collect client's requirement through google form so that I don't miss anything from client and get all information before procceding. Let me know its possible to use on fiverr?

To be safe, I wouldnt do it. Just today, I had a client try to send me their book to record with a google drive link and they got a warning from fiverr for violation of TOS. Put all your questions in the order requirements, that's how I handle it 🙂
